NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 6, 2015, and entered in 2014 CA 000422 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN, HEIRS, BENEFICIARES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JOSEPHINE LEVETT A/K/A JOSEPHINE R. LEVETT; PALMER RANCH MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; WELLINGTON CHASE HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on February 20, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit::
Lot 55, WELLINGTON CHASE, UNIT 3, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 39, Page 48, of the Public Records of SARASOTA County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
