NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 6, 2015, and entered in 2011 CA 010188 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2007-OPT5, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-O PT5 is the Plaintiff and REBECCA BENITEZ; EDGAR JESUS BENITEZ A/K/A EDGAR J. BENITEZ; CITIFINANCIAL EQUITY SERVICES, INC; CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT, SARASOTA; FINANCIAL PORTFOLIOS II, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF REBECCA BENITEZ A/K/A REBECA BENITEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EDGAR J. BENITEZ A/K/A EDGAR BENITEZ; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on February 20, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 5, NEWTON SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK A, PAGE 53, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
