NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure of Plaintiff, INSIGNIA BANK, and determination of reasonable attorney's fees entered in the above-styled case number 2014 CA 005158 NC in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, that KAREN E. RUSHING, Sarasota Clerk of the Court, will sell the following property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:

b. Property Address: 27 Blake Way, Osprey, FL 34229.
c. Legal Description:
Lot 5, Osprey Woods, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 45, Page 50 and 50A, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, to be conducted online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m., on the 3rd day of March, 2015.
