The Estate of JAYNE COLBURN, JAYSON COLBURN, as surviving heir and holder of title, CITY OF SARASOTA, as holder of the second mortgage, any UNKNOWN TENANTS, and any HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST the Estate of JAYNE COLBURN,
Defendants.
TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST the Estate of JAYNE COLBURN, in regards to the following described property in Sarasota County, Florida:
Lot 9, Block 1200, 35TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 19, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose First and Third Mortgages has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on SHARON S. VANDER WULP, ESQUIRE, the Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is: 712 Shamrock Blvd., Venice, FL 34293, on or before the 2nd day of March, 2015, a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice, as listed below, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter, otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This law firm is collecting a debt and any information provided by the debtor may be used to assist the creditor in collecting on the debt.
