NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on January 20, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2011 CA 005985 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein, OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff, and JAMES EMERY; LINDA MARSHALL; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, PARTIES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST JAMES HERALD EMERY; QUAIL LAKE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; EAST VILLAGE MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Karen E. Rushing will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on February 24, 2015 at 9:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 33, “QUAIL LAKE”, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGES 19 THROUGH 19G, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
