NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 23, 2015 entered in Case No. 2012 CA 003579 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Christiana Trust, A Division of Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, not in its individual capacity but as Trustee of ARLP Trust 2 is the Plaintiff and Kimberly Suzanne McNeal aka Kimberly McNeal aka Kimberly S. McNeal; Southgate Community Association, Inc.; Unknown Spouse of Kimberly Suzanne McNeal aka Kimberly McNeal aka Kimberly S. McNeal; Unknown Tenant/Occupant (s) are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 27th day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN LAND SITUATE IN SARASOTA COUNTY, FL, TO WIT: LOT 6, BLOCK 80, SOUTH GATE, UNIT 20, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 71, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, SUBJECT TO ALL RESERVATIONS, COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS AND EASEMENTS OF RECORD AND TO ALL APPLICABLE ZONING ORDINANCES AND/OR RESTRICTIONS IMPOSED BY GOVERNMENTAL AUTHORITIES, IF ANY.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
