NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on January 12, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2013 CA 004355 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and JESSICA LEIGH FRIDAY A/K/A JESSICA FRIDAY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JESSICA LEIGH FRIDAY A/K/A JESSICA FRIDAY; MAPLE HAMMOCK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC.; MICHAEL FRIDAY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UNKNOWN TENANT #2, UNKNOWN TENANT #3, UNKNOWN TENANT #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Karen E. Rushing will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on February 27, 2015 at 9:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 30, OF MAPLE HAMMOCK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE(S) 10,10A AND 10B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
