NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 20, 2015, and entered in 2014 CA 004786 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK N.A. is the Plaintiff and JOAN M. WHIDDEN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOAN M. WHIDDEN; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on February 24, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 24 AND 26, BLOCK D, DESOTA PARK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 61, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA. LESS AND EXCEPT THAT PORTION OR LAND CONVEYED UNDER INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2001027093, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: THE EAST 10 FEET OF LOT 26, BLOCK D, DESOTA PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 61, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
