NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on January 27, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2013 CA 003630 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR SG MORTGAGE SECURITIES TRUST 2006-FRE2, ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FRE2 is the Plaintiff, and RHODA GALEHOUSE A/K/A RHODA D. GALEHOUSE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RHODA GALEHOUSE A/K/A RHODA D. GALEHOUSE; COLUMBIA HEALTHCARE CORPORATION INC.D/B/A ENGLEWOOD COMMUNITY HOSPITAL; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 THROUGH UNKNOWN TENANT #4; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Karen E. Rushing will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on March 3, 2015 at 9:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 3513 AND 3514, UNIT NO. 12, SOUTH VENICE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
