NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 2, 2015, entered in Case No. 2014-CC-004426-NC in the County Court in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein BENEVA RIDGE ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and SUSAN F. BROUS, et al, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: 9:00 A.M. on March 9, 2015.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
