NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 2, 2015, entered in Case No. 2014-CC-004426-NC in the County Court in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein BENEVA RIDGE ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and SUSAN F. BROUS, et al, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: 9:00 A.M. on March 9, 2015.

Unit 301, BENEVA RIDGE CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1140, Pages 1097 through 1145, inclusive, and all amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 9, Pages 26, 26A and 26B, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
More commonly known as: 4001 Beneva Rd., Unit 301, Sarasota, FL 34233.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
