NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 29 January, 2015, and entered in Case No. 58-2014-CA-000830 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as successor by merger to Wachovia Bank, N.A. as successor by merger to SouthTrust Bank, is the Plaintiff and Doris E. Daymude, Tenant #1 NKA Jill Mccarthy, Tenant #2 NKA Wayne Mccarthy, Jr., are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 5th of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
BEING AT SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 14, TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, THENCE EASTERLY ALONG SOUTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 169 FEET; THENCE NORTHERLY AND PARALLEL TO 1/4 SECTION LINE 25 FEET FOR POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE NORTHERLY 155 FEET; THENCE EASTERLY AND PARALLEL TO SOUTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 14, 86 FEET; THENCE SOUTHERLY AND PARALLEL TO 1/4 SECTION LINES, 155 FEET; THENCE WESTERLY 86 FEET TO POINT OF BEGINNING, LYING AND BEING IN SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 14, TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST.
