Unit 301 a/k/a Unit 3A, BAY PLAZA, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1565, Page(s) 71, and all subsequent amendments thereto, and per plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 20, Page 5, and amendments thereto, of the Public Records Sarasota County, Florida.
to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00a.m. on the 9th day of March, 2015.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
