NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 29, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2013 CA 007457 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC. is Plaintiff and GEORGE WEBB AS CO-TRUSTEE OF THE TRUST AGREEMENT DATED APRIL 10, 2006, PATRICIA WEBB AS CO-TRUSTEE OF THE TRUST AGREEMENT DATED APRIL 10, 2006, GEORGE WEBB, PATRICIA WEBB, STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE , GEORGE J. WEBB, JR., UNKNOWN TRUSTEES, SETTLORS AND BENEFICIARIES OF THE GEORGE WEBB AND PATRICIA WEBB TRUST AGREEMENT DATED APRIL 10, 2006, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, UNKNOWN HEIRS OF THE ESTATE OF GEORGE WEBB A/K/A GEORGE J. WEBB, SR., DECEASED, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GEORGE J. WEBB, JR. N/K/A JOANNE WEBB, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against George Webb a/k/a George J. Webb, Sr, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants, unknown trustees, settlers and beneficiaries of George Webb and Patricia Webb Trust Agreement dated April 10, 2006 are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 5th day of March, 2015 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lots 1 and 2, Block 1865, 39th Addition to PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, a subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 14, 14A-14E, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
