NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 04, 2014, and entered in 2012-CA-005884 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTENTS II INC., BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTS, SERIES 2005-7 is the Plaintiff and JOSEPH DIAMOND; MARTINE A. DIAMOND; THE SERENOA COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC. AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK A DIVISION OF TREASURY BANK, NA are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on March 04, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 85, SERENOA, PHASE III, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 32, 32A THROUGH 32E, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
