NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 29 January, 2015, and entered in Case No. 58-2014-CA-002910-NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which First Horizon Home Loans a division of First Tennessee Bank National Association, is the Plaintiff and Jacqueline Long, South Gate Village Green Condominium Section Eleven Association, Inc., Theodore Long, are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 5th of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 1123, SOUTH GATE VILLAGE GREEN CONDOMINIUM, SECTION ELEVEN, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 837, PAGE 481, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 4, PAGE 1, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
