NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 29 January, 2015, and entered in Case No. 58 2013 CA 008048 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Key Point Village Condominium Association, Inc., Ludmila Zavacka, The Unknown Spouse of Ludmila Zavacka, The Unknown Spouse of Vaclav Zavacky, Vaclav Zavacky, are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 6th of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT NO. 305, OF KEY POINT VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1375 PAGE 1013, AND AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 14, PAGE 31, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
