NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 29 January, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 009488 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which Sun West Mortgage Company Inc, is the Plaintiff and Lena Kay Moore, Second Successor Trustee of the Joint Revocable Living Trust Agreement Dated April 7, 1999, Michelle McCann A/K/A Michele McCann, Steven Alan Moore, Successor Trustee of the Joint Revocable Living Trust Agreement Dated April 7, 1999, United States of America on Behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Unknown Beneficiaries or Other Claimants of the Joint Revocable Living Trust Agreement Dated April 7, 1999, Unknown Successor Trustee of the Joint Revocable Living Trust Agreement Dated April 7, 1999, are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 5th of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
