NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated 27th day of January, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 014527 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”), is Plaintiff and K.Y. ZEIGLER, AS TRUSTEE OF THE SARLETTO HOME TRUST, DATED THE 28TH DAY OF JULY 2008; VICTOR RADISI; ELIZABETH ANNE RADISI; JAMES T. HETHERINGTON; JOHN AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 5th day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK 1829, 37TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE, A SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE(S) 4, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
