NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 26, 2015, entered in Case No. 2012 CA 001287 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement relating to Impac Secured Assets Corp., Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-2 is the Plaintiff and Daniel M. Hale; Barbara J. Hale; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., Acting Solely as Nominee for Impac Funding Corporation DBA Impac Lending Group; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 4th day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10141, 10142, 10143 AND 10144, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT 38, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 94, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
