Witcraft and Robert L. Witcraft and Delores Witcraft, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Karen E. Rushing, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M. on March 16, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:

COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 14, BLOCK B OF SAID REVISED PLAT OF POINSETTIA PARK SUBDIVISION; THENCE NORTH 0°00'27” EAST ALONG THE WESTERLY BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID LOTS 14 AND 13, A DISTANCE OF 7.00 FEET, FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE NORTH 0°00'27” EAST, 50.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89°32'13” EAST, 109.00 FEET TO INTERSECT THE WESTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF MACKEREL STREET (50 FEET RIGHT-OF-WAY, BRYANT STREET PLAT); THENCE SOUTH 0°00'27” WEST ALONG THE WESTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF SAID MACKEREL STREET, 50.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89°32'13” WEST PARALLEL WITH AND 7.00 FEET NORTHERLY OF THE SOUTH BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID LOT 14, A DISTANCE OF 109.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
