Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated February 9, 2015, entered in Civil Case Number 2014 CA 000753 NC, in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff, and EDWARD M. BUMBER, et al., are the Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
LOT 498 OF PATIO HOMES OF CHESTNUT CREEK UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE(S) 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 16th day of March, 2015. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
