Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure In Rem, dated February 9, 2015, entered in Civil Case Number 2011 CA 009815 NC, in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff, and DONALD DEHAY, et al., are the Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
LOT 32, BLOCK 1369, 28TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 12, 12A THROUGH 12K, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 16th day of March, 2015. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
