NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 9th, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014 CA 005486 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida. Bank of America, N.A., Plaintiff and FREDDY M. GOMEZ; OLGA C. GOMEZ; ET AL, are defendants. Karen E. Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 09:00 AM on this March 17th, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
