NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 10, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 006755 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB, is Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, IENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY THROUGH OR AGAINST DURO VASTAG, are the Defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 18th day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 2027 AND 2028 AND EAST 1/2 OF LOT 2029, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT NO. 6, AS PER THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 34 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
