NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 28, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 000731 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA COUNTY, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF NOMURA HOME EQUITY LOAN, INC., HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-1, is Plaintiff, and ELIZABETH HERBERT, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 09:00 AM www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 27 day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 31, 32 & 33, Block 4, REVISED PLAT OF BLOCK 'B' BELLEVUE TERRACE SUBDIVISION, Plat Book 2, Page 55, LESS the Southerly 15 feet thereof, of the Public Records of SARASOTA County, Florida.

ALSO LESS:

That part of Lots 31, 32 & 33, Block 4, of the plat of BELLEVUE TERRACE Revised plat of Block 'B', according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 55, of the Public Records of Sarasota County. Florida, being more particularly described as follows:

Commence at the Southwest corner of said Lot 33; thence run North 00 Degrees 14 Minutes 23 Seconds East along the West line of said Lot 33 for a distance of 15.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue North 00 Degrees 14 Minutes 23 Seconds East along said West line for a distance of 0.87 feet; thence run North 89 Degrees 27 Minutes 18 Seconds East for a distance of 75.04 feet to the intersection with the East line of said Lot 31; thence run South 00 Degrees 14 Minutes 18 Seconds West along said East lot line for a distance of 1.47 feet to the intersection with a line 15.00 feet North of and parallel with the south line of said Lots 31, 32 & 33; thence run South 89 Degrees 55 Minutes 01 Seconds West along said parallel line for a distance of 75.03 feet to the point of beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
