NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 27, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-017763 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, Trustee for SARM 05-19XS, is the Plaintiff and Donna Johnson, Palmer Ranch Master Property Owners Association, Inc., Paul J. Stewart, Jr., Serenade on Palmer Ranch Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 16th of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 310, BUILDING 9, SERENADE ON PALMER RANCH CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2005045834, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
