NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 10, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-006272 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit, in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein M&T BANK is the Plaintiff and FREEMAN L. YODER, DAPHNE J. YODER, SM FINANCIAL SERVICES CORPORATION, PORTFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES, LLC, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, TWC DISTRIBUTORS, INC., are the Defendant(s), the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on March 18, 2015, at 9:00 A.M., at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in SARASOTA County, Florida, to wit:
Lots 440 and 441 and the South 27.35 feet of Lots 377, 378, and 379, CRESTLINE, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 71, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTYFING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
