NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 28, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 016899 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE OF THE HOMEBANC MORTGAGE TRUST 2005-1, is Plaintiff and CHERYL A. MCLAREN; MILTON W. MCLAREN, III; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHERYL A. MCLAREN N/K/A KELLY IRELAND, are defendants. Karen E. Rushing, The Clerk of Court for SARASOTA County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 11th day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 1994 AND 1995 OF SOUTH VENICE, UNIT NO.6, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE(S) 34, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
