NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 2nd day of February, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 016987 SC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and DAVE A. THOMAS; RO-MAC LUMBER & SUPPLY, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVE A. THOMAS and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 9th day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, BLOCK 12, EAST GATE SUBDIVISION, UNIT 1, VENICE, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 43, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
