YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a civil action has been filed against you in the Circuit Court, County of Charlotte, State of Florida, to foreclose certain real property described as follows:
Lot 1, Block 317, Punta Gorda Isles, Section 16, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 8, Pages 27A thorugh 27-O of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
Commonly known as 25267 Puerta Drive, Punta Gorda, FL 33955
You are required to file a written response with the Court and serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Timothy D. Padgett, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 6267 Old Water Oak Road, Suite 203, Tallahassee, Florida 32312, by 10/09/2015, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
