Scott, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, will on the 1st day of October, 2015, at 11:00 o'clock A.M., EST, via the online auction site at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Charlotte County, Florida, to wit:
LOT 32, BLOCK 2836, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 45, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 56A TO 56E INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

pursuant to the Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court, the style and case number of which is set forth above.
