NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on October 8, 2014 and the Order on Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered on February 2, 2015 in the above-captioned action, the following property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
UNIT 502, BUILDING F, GULF AND BAY CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1326, PAGE 768 AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 13, PAGE 9, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA, COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Shall be sold by the Clerk of Court on the 11th day of March, 2015 at 9:00a.m. (Eastern Time) at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com to the highest bidder, for cash, after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
