NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 2nd day of February, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014 CA 001066 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES NC 2005-HE4 is the Plaintiff and JOHN R. ROBERTS A/K/A JOHNNY ROBERTS; HAZEL S. ROBERTS and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 10th day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1995, AND THE WEST 1/2 OF LOT 1996, SARASOTA SPRINGS UNIT NO. 16, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 59, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
