NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 2, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-007807 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which Wachovia Bank, N.A. as Trustee, on behalf of the holders of Multi-Class Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2005-1, is the Plaintiff and Capital One Bank (USA), N.A., Greenview Villas Condominium Association, Inc., Shawn Patrick Flaherty, as an Heir of the Estate of Marion E. Flaherty a/k/a Marion Flaherty, Shawn Patrick Flaherty, as Beneficiary of the Marion E. Flaherty Revocable Trust Under Agreement Dated August 10, 1995, Shawn Patrick Flaherty, as Successor Trustee of the Marion E. Flaherty Revocable Trust Under Agreement Dated August 10, 1995, Target National Bank, The Unknown Beneficiaries of the Marion E. Flaherty Revocable Trust Under Agreement Dated August 10, 1995, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Marion E.
