NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 17th, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014 CA 005840 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein M&T BANK, is Plaintiff and ADRIENNE EATON A/K/A ADRIENNE LERICHE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ADRIENNE EATON A/K/A ADRIENNE LERICHE; SIENNA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are Defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 24th day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 135, SIENNA PARK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN CLERK'S INSTRUMENT NO. 2006116369, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
LOCATED: 3435 CLARK ROAD, #135, SARASOTA, FL 34231
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
