NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 9th day of February, 2015, and entered in Case No. 56-2009-CA-011000, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and JORDAN R. HUGHES A/K/A JORDAN HUGHES; CAROL ANN HUGHES A/K/A CAROL HUGHES; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF CAROL ANN HUGHES A/K/A CAROL HUGHES A/K/A CAROL ANN E. HUGHES, DECEASED, JORDAN R. HUGHES, JR.; SUSAN C. HUGHES and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 16th day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN AT INTERSECTION OF CENTER LINE OF RICHARDSON ROAD (OLD MYAKKA ROAD) AND THE EAST LINE OF SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST; THENCE WESTERLY ALONG THE CENTER LINE OF SAID ROAD, 2375.05 FEET; THENCE WITH AN ANGLE OF 90 DEGREES TO LEFT, RUN SOUTHERLY 30 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE WESTERLY AND PARALLEL TO CENTER LINE OF SAID ROAD, 142.1 FEET; THENCE WITH AN ANGLE OF 95 DEGREES 35' TO LEFT, RUN SOUTHEASTERLY 306.2 FEET; THENCE EASTERLY AND PARALLEL TO SAID RICHARDSON ROAD, 112.5 FEET; THENCE NORTHERLY 304.3 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; LYING AND BEING IN SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
