NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 9th day of February, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 008881 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and CHASE BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A CHASE MANHATTAN BANK USA, N.A.; FOREST LAKES VILLAGE OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 16th day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 102, BUILDING 3, FOREST LAKES VILLAGE, SECTION ONE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 979, PAGE 1435, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 6, PAGES 16, AND 16A, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
