NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on November 18, 2014 in Civil Case No. 58-2012-CA-005511 NC , of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein, BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff, and RALPH J. LONGORIA; MICHELLE LONGORIA; SUNTRUST BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) #1-4; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Karen E. Rushing will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on March 18, 2015 at 9:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN AT THE SE CORNER OF THE N 1/2 OF SW 1/4 OF NW 1/4 OF SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 38 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE WEST ALONG SOUTH LINE OF SAID N 1/2 OF SW 1/4 OF NW 1/4, A DISTANCE OF 290 FEET; THENCE NORTH 0° 45' W., 290 FEET; THENCE EAST 290 FEET TO THE EAST LINE OF SAID SW 1/4 OF NW 1/4; THENCE SOUTH 0° 45' EAST, 290 FEET TO THE P.O.B. LESS THEREFROM A STRIP OF LAND 30 FEET IN WIDTH OFF SOUTH AND EAST SIDES THEREOF FOR ROADS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
