NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on February 10, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2012 CA 000541 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein, WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUNDS SOCIETY,FSB D/B/A CHRISTIANATRUST, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS CERTIFICATE TRUSTEE FOR VENTURE TRUST 2013-I-H-R SERIES U-R-NS is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF ELAINE RYAN A/K/A ELAINE B. RYAN A/K/A ELAINE DOROTHY BECKWITH RYAN; STRATHHMORE RIVERSIDE VILLAS ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN J. RYAN; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Karen E. Rushing will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on March 18, 2015 at 9:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. V-138, STRATHMORE RIVERSIDE VILLAS, SECTION 2, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 897, PAGE 671, AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 4, PAGES 47, 47-A THROUGH 47-C, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
