NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 24th day of November, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 004569 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and DAVID BRUNO A/K/A DAVID J. BRUNO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID BRUNO; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 24th day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 747, 12TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDD IN PLAT BOOK 13, AT PAGES 8, 8A THROUGH 8V, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
