NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated June 13, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 2010 CA 004189 NC, DIVISION: C, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff, and CAROLINA BRICENO A/K/A CAROLINA DE BRICENO A/K/A CAROLINA SEGUNDA BRICENO; HUMBERTO S. BRISENO; JOHANNA BRICENO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHANNA BRICENO IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendant(s).
KAREN E. RUSHING, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at Www.Sarasota.Realforeclose.Com at 9:00 a.m. on the 25thday of March, 2015 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 21, BLOCK 4, EAST GATE UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE(S) 43 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
