NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 09, 2015, and entered in 2014 CA 003187 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC. is the Plaintiff and KACIE MCKAY-FLANAGAN, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF PATRICIA L. FLANAGAN, DECEASED ; KACIE MCKAY-FLANAGAN; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; JACARANDA WEST UNITS 31 & 32 HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on March 26, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT #31086, UNIT #31, VENICE GARDENS SUBDIVISION, VENICE, FLORIDA, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 10, 10A, 10B AND 10C, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
