NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated December 9, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 001259 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF MASTR ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGES TRUST 2006-0A2, is Plaintiff, and PAUL R. SIMON, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 09:00 AM www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 10 day of April, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK C, SHENANDOAH PARK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 66, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
