Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, I will sell the property situate in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Lots 4 and 5, Block 4, of NORTH RIVERSIDE PARK SUBDIVISION, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 166, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, conducted electronically online at the following website: http://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M., on May 11, 2015.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
