YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you to foreclose a Claim of Lien on the following described property:
Unit 7K, DOLPHIN TOWER, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 1055, Pages 269, and amendments thereto, as per Surveyors Certificate recorded in Official Records Book 1069, Page 290, and amendments thereto, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to Plaintiff's attorney, Kelly M. Fernandez, Esq., Persson & Cohen, P.A., 6853 Energy Court, Lakewood Ranch, Florida 34240 on or before thirty (30) days from the first date of publication, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff s attorney or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
