A PORTION OF LOTS 7 AND 9, BLOCK G, DIXIE HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 147, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: THE WESTERLY 45.00 FEET OF LOTS 7 AND 9; ALSO BEGINNING AT A POINT ON THE SOUTH LINE OF LOT 9 A DISTANCE OF 63.00 FEET EAST OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 9; THENCE WEST A DISTANCE OF 18.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREES 05 MINUTES 34 SECONDS WEST A DISTANCE OF 25.02 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 35 DEGREES 47 MINUTES 36 SECONDS EAST A DISTANCE OF 30.85 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
