NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-005305-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein US Bank National Association, as Trustee for Structured Asset Securities Corporation, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-EQ1, Plaintiff and Phyllis A. Sasso are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Karen E. Rushing, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M. on April 7, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
FROM THE NE CORNER, OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE SOUTH, ALONG THE CENTER LINE OF OLD BRADENTON ROAD, 954 FEET; THENCE WEST, ALONG THE NORTH R/W OF 57TH STREET (NOW 52ND STREET) 1015.5 FEET; THENCE NORTH, PARALLEL TO OLD BRADENTON ROAD, 246.8 FEET FOR P.O.B.; THENCE CONTINUE ALONG SAME LINE, 51.2 FEET; THENCE WEST 134.3 FEET; THENCE SOUTH, 51.2 FEET; THENCE EAST, 134.3 FEET, TO THE P.O.B.; BEING LOT 2, BLOCK 6, UNRECORDED PLAT OF ARMSTRONG ACRES.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
