NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 25, 2014, entered in Case No. 2012 CA 002367 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas As Trustee for RALI2006QS13 is the Plaintiff and Jeff McDaniel; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2; Iberiabank are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 25th day of March, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 496 OF RIDGEWOOD ESTATES, 7TH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE(S) 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
