Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on November 12, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida described as:

and commonly known as: 3834 DAVIS BOULEVARD,, SARASOTA, FL 34232; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales are held online at: https://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on April 13, 2015 at 9:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
