NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 17th day of December 2014 and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-003173 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Trust Mortgage, LLC, is Plaintiff, and Peggy A. Robertson is the Defendant, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on March 31st 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
